1. Orders

All Mani pieces are made-to-order, just for you.
Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded.
We encourage you to review all sizing, product, and delivery details before placing your order. Our team is always here to assist with any questions in advance.

2. Shipping

Domestic orders are delivered within 3–4 weeks, and international orders within 4–5 weeks.
These timelines may vary slightly depending on production flow or courier delays, but we’ll always keep you updated.

3. Returns & Refunds

As each piece is handcrafted to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. 
If there is a genuine issue with your order (such as a defect or sizing error on our
end), please reach out within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll do our best to make it right.

4. Product Variation

Each Mani piece is created with care and hand-finished by artisans.
Minor variations in color, texture, or stitching are part of the beauty of handcrafted clothing and not considered defects.

5. Intellectual Property

We ask that you do not use, reproduce, or distribute it without written permission.
