Because of this, we do not offer cancellations, returns, or refunds once an order has been placed.

Domestic Orders (India)
We do not accept returns or cancellations for made-to-order items.
However, in the rare event of:

  • A defect in the product
  • A sizing error was caused on our end

We will offer complimentary alteration or replacement, based on the situation. Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order, along with clear photographs.

International Orders
All international orders are final sale.
Due to the nature of global logistics and customs, we are unable to offer returns, exchanges, or alterations.
If your item arrives damaged or with a clear manufacturing defect, let us know within 48 hours with supporting photos.
We’ll review the situation and offer a replacement if necessary.
